Charmaine Lee 63c883ee00 svga: lower images before ntt 
ntt requires lowered images, so call gl_nir_lower_images first before
passing the shader to ntt.

Yonggang Luo 94d827332f dri: Replace usage of boolean/TRUE/FALSE with bool/true/false
