i965/vec4: Skip swizzle to subnr in 3src instructions with DF operands
We make scalar sources in 3src instructions use subnr instead of swizzles because they don't really use swizzles. With doubles it is more complicated because we use vstride=0 in more scenarios in which they don't produce scalar regions. Also RepCtrl=1 is not allowed with 64-bit operands, so we should avoid this. v2: Fix typo (Matt) Reviewed-by: Matt Turner <mattst88@gmail.com>
