Aaron Ruby c3533e49ab gfxstream: Prune all guest-side KHR entrypoints that are provided with VK_VERSION_1_1 ...

vk dispatch in mesa provides the redirection for this. Also, other
recent changes have increment the minimium host requirement for
gfxstream-vk to VK_VERSION_1_1, anyways.
