Lionel Landwerlin e54638ddf5 anv: fix buffer marker cache flush issues on MTL
For some yet unknown reason the CS L3 coherency setting is different
on MTL than DG2.

Fixes issues in tests from the subgroup :

  dEQP-VK.api.buffer_marker.*

Other repositories are likely forks, and code found there is not supported.


Build & install
---------------

You can find more information in our documentation (`docs/install.rst

Meson (`docs/meson.rst <https://mesa3d.org/meson.html>`_):

Many Mesa devs hang on IRC; if you're not sure which channel is
