Lionel Landwerlin d3003b0a41 Revert "isl: Set Depth to array len for 3D storage images" ...

This reverts commit 7e1b62ea5b.

This is now following the PRMs, RENDER_SURFACE_STATE Depth should be
programmed to the base level depth value.
