Some tests no longer OOM after updating the devices to the 6.12 kernel. Therefore, remove those tests from the skip list. Also, reduce the timeout of some full-run jobs, as the VK full-run usually takes no longer than 25 minutes in the RPi 4 and no longer than 30 minutes in the RPi 5.
