Now that we have sparse resources on Anv these tests are finally running, but they're failing. We'll eventually fix them, but let's not make Zink gatekeep the entirety of sparse resource on Anv. v2: KHR-GL46.sparse_buffer_tests.BufferStorageTest was initially reported as Crash by Mesa CI. On my second run in Mesa CI it gave me a Timeout. On my machine it passes but takes about 4 minutes to finish, so skip it entirely.
