Add a helper function to check if a VkImageCreateInfo represents a swapchain image by looking for VkImageSwapchainCreateInfoKHR in the pNext chain. This consolidates the swapchain detection logic that is currently duplicated across all Vulkan drivers, and handles the Android case in one place.
