Paulo Zanoni 6ec1e322f0 anv: don't leak device->vma_samplers
The vma_samplers vma heap is initialized unconditionally. Don't use
device->physical->indirect_descriptors as a condition on whether to
free it or not.

From my TGL machine:

Build & install
---------------

Meson (`docs/meson.rst <https://mesa3d.org/meson.html>`_):
