These appear to have some kind of race condition and usually fail, but sometimes pass. We had already attempted to mark them as flakes on amly, but need to mark them as flakes on KBL+ too. See https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/mesa/mesa/-/jobs/18522605 and https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/mesa/mesa/-/jobs/18527737 where these unexpectedly passed on KBL, and also where the top-level test not being caught by the regex led to failures.
