We are having problem establishing connections to the s3.freedesktop.org
web server, so let's disable the farm until we can figure it out.

ci: disable the valve-kws farm until it can be rebooted
We are having some issues related to serial consoles and I can't seem
to connect to the VPN to reboot the gateway.
So let's disable the farm until I get to it.
