llvmpipe/ci: Actually enable ASan testing for llvmpipe-deqp-asan

The llvmpipe-deqp-asan job never preloaded libasan.so.8. Fix this
by enabling the new DEQP_FORCE_ASAN option to ensure ASan testing
is performed.
