libgl-gdi: add missing include

Without this, I get the following error if I try to compile Zink without
any other drivers:

src/gallium/targets/libgl-gdi/libgl_gdi.c(210): error C2037: left of
'flush_frontbuffer' specifies undefined struct/union 'pipe_screen'
