lima/ci: Remove redundant FDO_HTTP_CACHE_URI

For LAVA, LAVA_HTTP_CACHE_URI is used for the caching proxy.
Adding FDO_HTTP_CACHE_URI can cause find_s3_project_artifact to fail.
