radv: get topology from pipeline key rather than VkGraphicsPipelineCreateInfo
This is cleaner and avoids having to read/write an additional copy of topology for use with secure compile. Reviewed-by: Bas Nieuwenhuizen <bas@basnieuwenhuizen.nl>
