llvmpipe: implement TEX_LZ and TXF_LZ opcodes
gallivm receives these opcodes anyway because st_draw_feedback.c uses shaders that were assembled for drivers, not llvmpipe. Reviewed-by: Roland Scheidegger <sroland@vmware.com>
