main: Rename framebuffer renderbuffer software fallback.
Rename _mesa_framebuffer_renderbuffer to _mesa_FramebufferRenderbuffer_sw in preparation for adding the ARB_direct_state_access backend function for FramebufferRenderbuffer and NamedFramebufferRenderbuffer to share.
