Mike Blumenkrantz f57d8028bd egl/x11: fix dri3 connect conditional for kopper without modifiers ...

kopper_without_modifiers is set by dri2_load_driver(), which depends
on dri3_x11_connect(), so this flag can't be used here

this is just cosmetic and fixes error spam
