Elvis Lee cf775c9cbf egl_dri2: NULL check for EGLNativeWindowType ...

Some application calls eglCreateWindowSurface with
EGLNativeWindowType parameter having zero value. It causes SEGV
and disturbs error handling like EGL_NO_SURFACE.
