Chad Versace b844f542e0 vk: Update VkImageViewType to 0.130.0 ...

This splits 1D and 1D_ARRAY, 2D and 2D_ARRAY, CUBE and CUBE_ARRAY.

The new tokens are unused. This is just a header update.
