antonino aa657247ce vulkan/wsi: add vk_wsi_force_swapchain_to_current_extent driconf ...

Add a driconf to force the swapchain size to match
`VkSurfaceCapabilities2KHR::currentExtent` as a workaround for
misbehaved games
