Emil Velikov 96b9ec1ea3 glapi/hgl: remove the final user of _glapi_check_table() ...

The symbol is a no-op since, the EXTRA_DEBUG macro is not set in the
build. Unused by !Haiku people/platforms since 2010 (commit
a73c6540d9) while the Haiku C++ wrapper
has no obvious users.
