Chad Versace 58eb3ac666 venus: Refactor vn_command_buffer_builder temp storage ...

Easy refactor. Change the storage type from `VkImageMemoryBarrier *` to
`void *`. Prepares for VK_KHR_synchronization2.

The patch series is cleaner with this refactor. I promise.
