Sergii Romantsov 4aec44c0d9 i965/tools: 32bit compilation with meson ...

Building of 32bit mesa with meson causes issue:
"implicit declaration of function ‘__builtin_ia32_clflush’".
Fixed by adding msse2 compilation flag.
