Mary Guillemard 3b69edf825 pan/genxml: Enforce explicit packed types on pan_[un]pack ...

Provide a pan_cast_and_[un]pack() to help with the transition.
Those helpers should only be used when the caller is sure the
destination is big enough to emit the descriptor.
