Otherwise we would fail with "implicit declaration of function" geteuid
and getenv respectively.
To trigger (re)move the libdrm.pc file and use the following:
$ ./autogen.sh --disable-egl --disable-gbm --disable-dri \
--with-dri-drivers=swrast --with-gallium-drivers=swrast
$ make
