Paul Cercueil 2bbf8ebadc kmsro: Extend to include ingenic-drm ...

This enables Mesa to work with Ingenic SoCs through the use of the
ingenic-drm modesetting driver along with the render-only drivers,
such as Etnaviv on the JZ4770 SoC.
