Jianxun Zhang 1b8a07095d intel/isl: Add Gfx 12.x RC_CCS_CC into modifier scores ...

Add RC_CCS_CC drm modifiers of TGL, DG2 and MTL into
the list with a higher score than RC_CCS modifiers.
