Stuff Coccinelle missed.

   sed -i -e '/assert(.*\.is_ssa)/d' $(git grep -l is_ssa)
   sed -i -e '/ASSERT.*\.is_ssa)/d' $(git grep -l is_ssa)

+ a manual fixup to restore the assert for parallel copy lowering.
