Emma Anholt f6c06ef2f6 ci: Add manual rules variations to disable irrelevant driver jobs. 
If you're only affecting one or a couple of drivers, it would be nice if
your pipeline buttons on the web UI weren't full of manual run buttons for
all the other drivers.

This is a bunch of duplicated lines, but less than it could have been now
that we have !references.

In some of these cases (i915g, nouveau, etnaviv), we have no non-manual
jobs for those drivers, so I could have just rewritten the original
"driver-rules" to "driver-manual-rules".  I decided to keep things
consistent between drivers, though, because this is all esoteric enough to
readers already without making different drivers' rules look different.

Emma Anholt 849af68dbd ci/piglit: Add some common piglit skips for Mesa CI's testing of glx. 
Since our X servers don't have a compositor, and we run tests in parallel,
various swap and frontbuffer tests won't ever be stable.  Rather than
having every driver have to track those flakes, make a general X11 skips
list as a known issue of our CI rather than pointing fingers at drivers.

Emma Anholt c4c94e8aed ci/iris: Generalize the 8888_pbuffer EGL known flakes and share with GLK. 
It seems to be this whole group of tests, on both boards that run EGL
tests by default (aml-y is manual-only).  Make them a regex until someone
comes up with a fix.

Emma Anholt 0cff5d51ac ci/intel: Switch skqp testing over to deqp-runner. 
The skqp runner gets us parallel execution, automatic caselist handling,
nice reports, and the same xfail/flake handling you know and love from
deqp and piglit.

And, now that we have flake handling, we can turn the tests back on!

Emma Anholt f4b7b73df4 ci/iris: Drop EGL copyteximage2d.12 xfail. 
It is still marked as a flake (along with other copyteximage cases) on all
these boards, so this will reduce the CI IRC channel noise given that we
actually expect a Pass.  I haven't found where exactly in history we went
from generally-fail to generally-pass, but it looks like around Feb 2022.

Benjamin Tissoires 67cee534a8 CI: convert to use the new S3 server instead of the legacy minio 
We don't need to login anymore, but we can't use plain minio commands
now. `ci-fairy` got a helper as `s3cp` to keep an almost identical
API.

Tomeu Vizoso 477412f303 iris/ci: Set FDO_CI_CONCURRENT for all Chromebook jobs 
For some reason we were missing these and that was causing some CPUs to
remain idle, and some boards to have too high load and some tests timing
out occasionally.

Set FDO_CI_CONCURRENT for the number of cores, plus one to account for
GPU and I/O waits.

Timothy Arceri 8bffd601ed Revert "nir: Preserve offsets in lower_io_to_scalar_early" 
This reverts commit 96fa23bca5.

The correct fix to the problem was a1bc152340, making this
change obsolete as the pass skips any vars marked with
always_active_io. There was no real advantage to allowing these
vars to be split because they can't be removed anyway. Also there
is no way to split varying arrays gracefully here due to the xfb
layout rules, and this change didn't handle arrays at all.

Removing this obsolete code also fixes an assert in the new CTS
test KHR-Single-GL45.enhanced_layouts.xfb_all_stages. The test
was legally adding xfb offsets to all vertex stages but since
we only mark the varyings in the final vertex stage with the
always_active_io flag the other stages were correctly lowering
to scalars but when an array with an offset hit this code it
asserted since it couldn't handle it.

Emma Anholt cbbd9f3402 ci: Upgrade deqp-runner to 0.15.0. 
This includes the new timeout fixes so that tests that throw lots of debug
don't delay the timeout triggering, and the fraction vs shuffling behavior
change so that "--fraction 2" doesn't just skip every other test as it
appears in the caselist (every vertex shader variant, for example).

The fraction vs shuffling change does mean we see some different fails on
some drivers now.

Dave Airlie a17635e988 gallivm/nir/st: lower image derefs in advance. 
This improves clover from crashing to just failing, but I mainly
want it this to cleanup the nir code first

It's also important the shaders coming from the state tracker
for feedback get images lowered when they are draw shaders now.

Adam Jackson 768238fdc0 glx: Fix drawable refcounting for naked Windows 
driFetchDrawable is only ever called from the MakeCurrent path, which
means it has to handle the case of pre-GLX-1.3 Windows being named as
the drawable. When it finds the drawable in the hash, it increments its
refcount before returning it, so for a GLXWindow it would be 2 on first
return, one from glXCreateWindow and one from glXMakeCurrent. But when
it does not find the drawable and creates one for the naked Window, the
reference count on first return would only be 1. As a result, if this
context was then ever bound to a different drawable, the old Window's
DRI drawable state (like the back buffer) would be destroyed.

Fixes piglit's glx-multi-window-single-context and glx-make-current for
a variety of drivers.

Pierre-Eric Pelloux-Prayer 8856379a03 mesa/st: don't guess the internal format if it's known 
This fixes tests using imageLoad/imageStore on texture
created using glEGLImageTargetTexture2DOES.

Before this change, the format was guessed as GL_RGBA,
which would be rejected by _mesa_get_shader_image_format.

Emma Anholt 00ad29dd23 ci: Uprev deqp to 1.3.3.0. 
New tests, dEQP line rasterization test fix that lets Intel pass.

Clears out bogus xfails from 1.3.2.0 uprev on a630, which I suspect were
"we lost the device twice on a full run once, and those fails got pasted
in without checking if it happened a full run again" (since we haven't
seen them in other full run attempts).

Also clears out the a630 vk asan xfails (essentially all tests run) by
turning off leak detection which was just catching leaks in vkcts.
