Eric Anholt	14131ed308	freedreno/cffdec: Add support for texturator's 2DMS layout setup. We can't initialize our MSAA texture with glTexImage2D(), so we have to do a draw to get its slice's layout into the cmdstream. Rob Clark	1ea4ef0d3b	freedreno: slurp in decode tools cffdump, crashdec, etc At this point there is some duplication with other files in-tree (ie. a2xx and a3xx+ disassembly), which will be cleaned up in a later commit.
