virtio/vdrm: Add vtest backend
This allows for testing drm native ctx support without spinning up a VM.

virgl/venus/vtest: align capset and protocol with virglrenderer
Virgl and venus capsets along with vtest protocol v3 are all stable now.

virgl: update protocol headers
Copied from virglrenderer. Some in-development features are guarded by
VIRGL_RENDERER_UNSTABLE_APIS and they should not be used without knowing
the consequences.
