ci: kernel stored in a different s3 bucket
Due to the expiration time in `mesa-lava` (1m), the kernel used in mesa is now using `mesa-rootfs` (1y). Due to this change, a fresh kernel image has been prepared and mesa has also a few changes to adapt to this redirection. cc: mesa-stable Signed-off-by: Sergi Blanch Torne <sergi.blanch.torne@collabora.com> Co-developed-by: Guilherme Gallo <guilherme.gallo@collabora.com> Part-of: <https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/mesa/mesa/-/merge_requests/28979>
