ci: Upgrade XWayland to 24.1.8

Even though XWayland 22i.1 (the version in Debian Bookworm) supports
modifiers, it refuses to use the GBM back-end if wl_drm is not
available.  We need XWayland 24.1 in order to get GBM support without
wl_drm.
