ci/zink: Disable a630 portal-2-v2 due to kernel OOMs.
It's been popular for flakes due to oomkilling or kernel kmalloc failure recently. Is it ultimately the source of running out of memory? Who knows, but hopefully it's at least a big part of the problem. Part-of: <https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/mesa/mesa/-/merge_requests/22083>
