llvmpipe: fix fragdata/lastfragdata heuristic a bit more.
This heuristic broke when zmike lowered fragcolor using NIR,
This fixes a regression in:
dEQP-GLES31.functional.shaders.framebuffer_fetch.basic.last_frag_data
